What is needed is open mutiny and the spreading of subversion among the exploited and excluded; true?

The problem with revolution is the tendency for chaos. The type of open mutiny suggested in the question is that it always goes psychotic. The problem with anarchism in action is that human nature tends to sucumb to the lowest common denominator especially when the group mind is fueled by rage.

In the end all revolutions end with the replacing of an old regime with a new one that, after a time, expresses the same undesirable traits as the old regime did. Its a lot like the last line in the WHO song, "Meet the new boss, same as the old boss."

Unless human nature evolves beyond what it currently is, the best we can hope for is a left leaning libertarian government. it is puerille and unrealistic to believe that the liberation of the poor and exploited can be achieved by eliminating government. As long as at least one person remains with the will to power we will find our selves constantly battling the same set of problems we always have.

For a kiss I will answer all your questions.
